A guide pipe 29 having a wire support tip jig 31 on the tip thereof is buried in the ground. An instrument unit 13 having plural small-sized pressure gages 5 (precision water level gage) connected thereto having a position adjusting wire 33 mounted thereon is drawn into the inside of a guide pipe 29 by a winch 49 through the instrument wire support tip jig 31 and installed.
