To realize a sheet processing apparatus capable of laminating two-ply sheets and sheet-like medium at an appropriate fixing temperature.SOLUTION: A sheet processing apparatus 100 for laminating partially connected two-ply sheets S and a sheet-like medium P inserted between the two-ply sheets, includes: a heating and pressurizing component 120 capable of heating and pressurizing the two-ply sheets S and the sheet-like medium P; and information acquisition means for acquiring information on the two-ply sheets S and the sheet-like medium P.
