PURPOSE: To improve the processing efficiency without spending extra time for punching by selectively moving edge bodies and edge body receiving grooves when both rollers are rotated, and punching a sheet guided by both rollers to form desired filing holes.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of rollers 1, 2 are arranged to guide a sheet 3 between both rollers 1, 2, multiple punching edge bodies 4a, 4b protruded from the roller periphery are arranged on one roller 1, and edge body receiving grooves 5a, 5b are arranged at the positions of the other roller 2 corresponding to the edge bodies 4a, 4b. A detecting means S detecting the sheet 3 when the sheet 3 reaches the preset position immediately before both rollers 1, 2 and a driving device M rotating both rollers 1, 2 from the state that the edge bodies 4a, 4b and the edge body receiving grooves 5a, 5b are located at the preset reference positions are provided. The edge bodies 4a, 4b and the edge body receiving grooves 5a, 5b are selectively moved when both rollers 1, 2 are rotated, and the sheet 3 guided by both rollers 1, 2 is punched to form desired filing holes.
