Abstract:
To provide a shift controller for a belt-type continuously variable transmission capable of preventing a belt slip page accompanying a sudden change in gear ratios.
During control of gear ratios of a primary puller 21 and a secondary pulley 22 by a gear ratio control means 31, shift speed is detected by a shift speed detecting means 38, and when the detected shift speed becomes a preset prescribed value or higher, progress of gear ratio control by the gear ratio control means 31 is suppressed by a shift speed suppressing means 39 for suppressing the shift speed.
