In the ship body 1a stably anchored to the bottom of the sea by a spud 2, concrete waste material supplied from the outside of the ship is guided through a hopper 3 with an opening and closing lid 3a to a concrete waste material processing apparatus 5. The aggregate for freshly mixed concrete obtained by mutually grinding the concrete waste material by the apparatus 5 is subjected to fractionation by granularity in an aggregate fractional machine 7, and delivered to the freshly mixed concrete manufacturing ship by a conveyer in a up-and-down type pipe 10a.
