This vehicle includes a crankshaft having pedal crank at both ends thereof, a cylindrical hollow member provided on the outer periphery of the crankshaft, one end of which is connected to the crankshaft, a power transmitting member, one end part of which is connected to the other end part of the hollow member through a one-way power transmitting member, the muscular energy driving part integrally fitted to the other end part of the power transmitting member and having a drive sprocket engaged with a chain, a muscular energy detecting part provided on the outer periphery of the hollow member for detecting the muscular energy driving force applied to the crankshaft, an auxiliary power sprocket engaged with the chain, and an auxiliary power driving part having a motor, which is connected to the auxiliary power sprocket through a second one-way power transmitting member.
