To provide shoes which can be expected of highly physiological effect by tourmaline, with hardly increasing a manufacturing cost.

A shoe is composed of exterior members 3 such as a vamp 1 and an outsole 2, and interior members 6 such as a liner 4 and an insole 5. The exterior members 3 and the interior members 6 are laminated together by gum arabic 7 mixed with tourmaline powder of 1-10 micron by 5-25 wt.%. The gum arabic 7 is mixed with natural rubber by 10-20 wt.%, n-hexane by 35-45 wt.%, and industrial gasoline by 40-50 wt.%.
