A plate surface 1 is pressed to provide a folding groove 3, and also pressed so as to be crossed at a right angle to the folding groove 3 to provide a folding groove 2. A plate reverse side 6 is pressed according to the position of the folding groove 3 on the plate surface 1 to provide a folding groove 5, and further pressed so as to be crossed at a right angle to the folding groove 5 to provide a folding groove 4 according to the folding groove 2 provided on the plate surface 1. When this shoehorn is used, the left side and right side of the plate surface 1 are folded according to the folding groove 3, and touched to the heel part of a shoe.
