Abstract:
To make mounting and removal of a side step to/from a vehicle without use of any tool.
A mounting hole 12 is formed in a bracket 11 attached to a vehicle body 10, and a stud bolt 27 is furnished on one of three stays 21 fixed to a side step 20, and a handle 35 capable of being operated for fastening and loosening manually is screwed on the stud bolt 27 passed through the mounting hole 12, and the side step 20 is secured to the vehicle body 10 by fastening the handle 35. If the handle 35 is loosened manually and removed from the stud bolt 27, it is possible to remove the side step 20 from the vehicle body 10. Accordingly the mounting and removal of the side step 20 can be made without using any tool.
