Abstract:
To prevent rock, stone, etc., in the surrounding area from colliding against any bolt for mounting steps to sheet screws during the running or working.
A left and a right sheet screw 11 having a bolt protecting plate 12 are attached to a side frame 2 constituting the lower runner of a hydraulic shovel, and the first 13 and second steps 14 are mounted to the sheet screws 11 using bolts 17. At this time, the plate 12 shields the bolts 17 against the exterior area. The plate 12 prevents a rock, stone, etc., falling down during the running or working from colliding with any bolt head 17B and thereby protects the bolt 17.
