Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely use a roller powered by an internal combustion engine and designed so as to stamp clay, sand, and gravel in the grooves where pipes are buried.
SOLUTION: A single operation lever is used by a snap operating device for being fixed, to one of three set positions each having the following functions, where at a 1st position: Engine ignition circuit shut off, fuel valve closed, fuel tank vent hole valve closed, throttle valve control device set to fully closed position, at a 2nd position: Engine ignition circuit charged, fuel valve opened, fuel tank vent hole valve opened, throttle valve control device set to start/idling position, and at a 3rd position: Engine ignition circuit charged, fuel valve opened, fuel tank vent hole valve opened, throttle valve control device set to fully opened position.
