Title:
SINGLE-SHAFT PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006134213
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To avoid a valve from closing abruptly by enabling fine control and change of the secondary pressure.

A single-shaft pressure reducing valve, in which a valve casing 1 is divided into an inflow valve chamber 11 and out flow valve chamber 12, and a cylindrical valve element 2 with one closed end 2a is mounted detachably on a valve sheet 3a from the outflow valve chamber 12; while the valve element 2 energized by a coil spring 20 so that the single shaft pressure reducing valve opens and closes, depending on the difference of the energizing force of the spring 20 and the secondary pressure. A plurality of springs 20 are provided in the circular spaces 13 for placing the springs hermetically separated from the inflow valve chamber 11 and outflow valve chamber 12, and inserted through bolts 23, respectively fixed in the valve casing 1; while the one ends contact with the valve elements 2 and the other ends contact with nuts 23a screwed to the bolts 23 so that the energizing force can be adjusted through the nuts 23a. The valve element 2 is pressed by a piston 22 of a cylinder chamber 15 which communicates with the outflow valve chamber 12 via a communication hole 34, and the communication hole 34 is provided with a needle valve 30 to reduce the opening, concurrently with the valve closing.
