Abstract:

To provide a management means of change history for performing efficient communication among users.

A repository comprises a user repository 62 for managing a file to be updated an access to which is only permitted to a user of a specific user terminal 1 every user terminal 1 and a system repository 22 for managing the file to be updated accessed by an arbitrary user terminal 1. A repository server 2 executes the following procedures: a procedure for allowing the user terminal 1 to update the file to be updated of the user repository 26; a procedure for allowing the user terminal 1 to update so that the file to be updated of the user repository 26 is written in the system repository 22; and a procedure for allowing the arbitrary user terminal 1 to read the file to be updated of the system repository 2.
