Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sizing unit capable of obtaining a molding with a smooth front surface having excellent dimensional accuracy even if a production speed is accelerated.
CONSTITUTION: A sizing unit 6 comprises a sizing die 10, a water supply jacket 12, and a pressure reducing chamber 14. The die 10 has split dies of upper and lower molds 10a, 10b, and water supply holes 105a to 107a and 105b to 107b for supplying cooling water from the outer periphery to the outer periphery of the window frame body of a molding and a groove inner periphery are provided in small-diameter semicylindrical parts 100a and 100b disposed in the jackets of the molds 10a and 10b. Drain holes 111a, 111b for draining the cooling water from the groove inner periphery are provided at the intermediate parts of the large-diameter semicylindrical part 102b disposed in the pressure reducing chambers of the molds 10a and 10b.
