Abstract:
To provide a slicing apparatus that can continuously slice a log from an aligning conveyor to a transporting conveyor even when a sliced food is being transferred.SOLUTION: A slicing apparatus comprises: an aligning conveyor which receives slice pieces sliced by a cutting blade, aligns the slice pieces, and produces a sliced food in which a plurality of slice pieces are superposed; and a transporting conveyor which receives an unpacked sliced food produced by the aligning conveyor, and transports it to a packer installed downstream. Then, the aligning conveyor is constituted of 2 or more small conveyers divided in a direction parallel with an aligning direction of a food log, a plurality of slice pieces sliced by the cutting blade is received by any of the 2 or more small conveyers, and the 2 or more small conveyers are driven with a revolution of the cutting blade and by shifting timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
