Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge dehydrator capable of largely taking the filtering area of a filter, capable of miniaturizing the filter and a dehydrator having the filter arranged therein, generating no clogging in a filter material and capable of enhancing dehydration work capacity.
SOLUTION: Two screen cylindrical bodies 2, 3 different in diameter formed by arranging ring screen materials 23, 33 at a predetermined interval are concentrically arranged and a ring filter material 26 having an outer diameter larger than that of each of the ring screen materials 23, 23 is inserted in the gap between the ring screen materials 23, 23 of the inner screen cylindrical body 2 while a ring filter material 36 having an inner diameter smaller than that of each of the ring screen materials 33, 33 is inserted in the gap between the ring screen materials 33, 33 of the outer screen cylindrical body 3 so as to be movable radially and a ribbon screw 4 rotationally driven by a motor 7 is arranged between the inner and outer screen cylindrical bodies 2, 3.
