Abstract:
To securely prevent clogging of a flue caused by adhesion and accumulation of incinerated ash that is generated when dry sludge is incinerated on the flue, and also securely prevent flowing failure caused by adhesion of incinerated ash on fluid sand surfaces and thus bonding and granulation of fluid sand particles.SOLUTION: A sludge incineration facility includes: an incinerator for incinerating sewage sludge; analysis means for performing a differential thermal analysis using incinerated ash generated when the sewage sludge is incinerated; and a control section for issuing either of a first instruction for starting or stopping supply of a medical agent to the sewage sludge for preventing adhesion and accumulation of harmful compounds on apparatuses and elements of the sludge incineration facility or a second instruction for controlling a temperature inside the fluid incinerator, on the basis of a result from the differential thermal analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
