To provide a smoking room which supports quitting of smoking of a smoker.
This system is characterized by including; a smoking area which permits smoking for a smoker; a use regulation means which restricts use of a smoking area to the smoker; a use state storage means which stores use state program of a smoking area set up for a predetermined smoker including at least one item of entry time of the smoker to the smoking area, staying time in the smoking area, leaving time from the smoking area, the amount of smoking of the smoker in the smoking area, available use times of the smoking area within predetermined period which can be used, and use frequency; and a regulation control means which controls the use regulation means so that use of the smoking area is regulated based on the use state program stored to the use of smoker's smoking area.
