Abstract:
To provide a driver bit-through socket adapter that is usable for fastening and removal of bolts and nuts different in size in addition to a driver bit.SOLUTION: A socket adapter connectable to an electric screwdriver 100 with a driver bit 200 mounted thereon includes: a cylindrical adapter body part 23 which has a through-hole 21 of a polygonal cross section into which the driver bit is fitted and inserted, is settable by being moved between a retreated position in which an ear tip 201 of the driver bit projects from one end of the through-hole and an advanced position in which the ear tip of the driver bit is hidden from the one end of the through hole, and is rotatable integrally with the driver bit; tool attachment part 20a of a polygonal cross section which is arranged on a peripheral part of the adapter body part on one end side and to which a first tool is attachable; and a tool connection part 20b arranged on the outer peripheral part of the adapter body part on the other end side and connectable and attachable to a socket part of a second tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
