PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a software development ability of a developer without a load for inputting achievement data.SOLUTION: A data collection part 171 refers to a repository analysis table 140 in which a repository table 134 which an existing version management tool 132 of a repository analysis tool 138, is analyzed, then stores repository analysis information to a repository analysis information table 175, or, refers to a test result table 137 which an existing automatic test tool 135 has, then stores test result information to a test result information table 176. A calculation part 172 refers to the repository analysis information table 175 and the test result information table 176, calculates a software development ability of a developer 100 and then stores it in a software development ability information table.
