Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of an external extraction wiring for electric inspection of a touch sensor board used in manufacturing a touch sensor, when the touch sensor is being manufactured.SOLUTION: There is used a touch sensor board including: a x-direction electrode wiring and a y-direction electrode wiring being insulated from each other and intersecting with each other at an intersection; an electrode signal extracting wiring connecting the x-direction electrode wiring and the y-direction electrode wiring to an external connection terminal; an electric inspection external terminal having the x-direction electrode wiring and the y-direction electrode wiring and the external connection terminal in a region outside a product region of the touch sensor; and an external extracting wiring electrically connected to the electric inspection external wiring, in which a plurality of external drawing wirings are drawn in parallel for each external connection terminal and the width of the external drawing wirings is not smaller than one fifth of and not larger than one twentieth of that of the external connection terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
