PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil base lowering pH of a lime-based or cement-based solidification material to be admixed with a vegetation base material and making plant growth easy through using alkalophilic bacterium.
SOLUTION: The objective soil greening/stabilizing material comprises a greening material as a mixture of a vegetation base material such as soil, a compound fertilizer, a bark compost and peat moss, and a lime-based or cement-based solidification material, and alkalophilic bacterium to be inoculated to the greening material.
