Title:
SOLID-STATE IMAGE SENSOR AND IMAGING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014138142
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sensitivity of an infrared light detector without laminating visible light photodetector and infrared light photodetector.SOLUTION: The solid-state image sensor includes a photodetector array 100 in which first photodetectors A and second photodetectors B are disposed two-dimensionally in an imaging surface. The second photodetectors B positioned in plural different directions crossing the first photodetectors A positioned are neighboring the first photodetectors A. The solid-state image sensor includes a spectral element array 200 having plural spectral elements 3 each including a grating 40 disposed in a two dimension, and each of which is arranged to face plural first photodetectors A. The spectral elements 3 diffract a beam of light of a first wavelength range to enter into the facing first photodetectors A and a beam of light of a second wavelength range to enter into the second photodetector B neighboring the first photodetector A.
