Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging apparatus capable of reducing fixed pattern noise or color misregistration caused by a deviation of timing at which electric charge accumulation is completed.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of cells includes first and second photoelectric conversion parts (101, 102). An interval in a sub scanning direction between the first and second photoelectric conversion parts is {n+(b/a)}×x, where b is a deviation between timing at which the first and second photoelectric conversion parts complete their electric charge accumulation, a is a period from the first and second photoelectric conversion parts' completion of electric charge accumulation to the next completion of electric charge accumulation after re-accumulation of electric charge, n is an integer of 1 or more, and x is a main scanning-direction interval between the first and second photoelectric conversion parts.
