Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject cosmetic material containing a slightly water soluble blending component solubilized without accompanying a sticky feeling in use thereof by blending with combining specific surfactants.
SOLUTION: This solubilized cosmetic material is obtained by solubilizing (B) a blending component slightly soluble with water by using (A) a solubilizing agent consisting of (i) a polyoxyethylene octyl dodecyl ether having ≥10mol and ≤25mol added number of moles of ethylene oxide and (ii) a dodecyl tetradecyl ether having ≥8mol and ≤18mol added number of moles of propylene oxide and having ≥15mol and ≤40mol added number of moles of ethylene oxide. Further, the blended amount of the component (i) is preferably ≥0.1wt.% and ≤2.0wt.% based on the cosmetic material, and that of the component (ii) is preferably ≥0.1wt.% and ≤2.0wt.% based on the cosmetic material. Also, the total blending amount of the components (i) and (ii) is preferably ≥0.2wt.% and ≤2.1wt.% based on the cosmetic material.
