In a wooden floor member 1 having recessed portions 3 and projected portion 4 alternately on the rear surface side, A flat cushion member 2 is placed on the rear surface of the wooden floor member 1. Then, on the rear surface of this cushion material 2, a press 5 having a teeth portion 10 which links with the recessed portions 3 and projected portions 4 is placed and the cushion member 2 is adhered to the wooden floor member 1 by the adhesion created by the press machine.
