To make smoothly performable the mouse operation and the use of office articles by providing a box which forms a space on a mouse pad and installing racks for the office articles on the box.

The notebook type personal computer is installed on a personal computer table 20, a hole 3 of the rack left plate bottom is fitted onto a right projection 21 of the personal computer table 20 to lay a mouse pad in a rack, then, four plates 8 to 11 on the rack are opened to the left, right and back and an office article rack is taken out of an office desk drawer and installed thereupon. At the time of finishing operation, the office article rack is stored in the office desk drawer, the right side mouse pad is placed on the rack and the mouse is placed thereupon to put the desk top in order. Consequently, a space on the office desk can effectively be used and the mouse operation and the use of the office articles can be smoothly performed.
