Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain such a speaker structure that a speaker fitted to a door of an automobile does not injure a person by being projected from the door panel owing to a collision with another automobile. CONSTITUTION: The frame 12 of the speaker having a magnet device 11 fitted tightly to a lower flange 14 has a breakage point area 20 formed halfway in a column 19 connecting the upper flange 16 and a lower flange 14 together so as to cut off or reduce a force, operating on the magnet device 11, which is transmitted to the upper flange 16 of the frame, and the frame is broken at the part with a force at the time of a collision to prevent the magnet device 11 from protruding into the space of a diaphragm 13 and then the whole speaker from projecting from the door.
