To provide a pouch provided with a spout, that can prevent a seal part of a pouch body from being damaged even if impact force caused by falling or the like, and excessive stress when filling a content are applied thereto; and to provide an aerosol container comprising the pouch provided with the spout.SOLUTION: There are provided a pouch body for storing a content, and a spout for spouting the content inside the pouch body. A pouch provided with a spout, where a joining part provided to the spout is fixedly attached onto a seal part of the pouch body comprises a folding line formation part for forming a folding line in the pouch body when the pouch body to which the spout is fixedly attached is wound. An intersection point of an inner edge of the seal part with a folding line formed by the folding line formation part is located outside both ends of the joining part on the inner edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
