PURPOSE: To obtain a stainproofing agent containing a specific compound such as N-(trichlorophenyl)-bromoacetoamide, capable of preventing sticking of an aquatic animal for a long period in sea water, free from any fear of toxicity and environmental pollution and used for ship bottom, fishing net, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The stainproofing agent containing at least one kind of compound selected from N-(2,4,5-trichlorophenyl)-bromoacetoamide, 5-(4- chlorophenylsulfonyl)-3-methyl-1,2,4-thiaziazole, N-(4-chlorophenyl)-2,6- dihyroxybenzamide, 2-amino-1-butoxycarbonyl-4,5-dicyanoimidazole, 1-acetyl-3-(2- chlorophenyl)-4-cyanopyrole, N-ethoxy-N'-[3,5-dichloro-4-(2- propynyloxy)]phenylformamideoxime, 4-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-ethyl-4-thiazoline-2- one, etc.
