Abstract:
To provide a stairway elevator capable of operating stairway lifting stably even when the weight or the loading position of an object to be loaded is different.
A loading part 30 of a stairway elevator 1 is provided with at least two weight detection sensors 92 for detecting the weight of an object to be loaded in the front-to-back direction of the loading part in the separated state. Further, a control device 70 controls first, second and third rotary actuators 40, 50, 60 based on the weight mw of the object detected by the weight detection sensor 92 and on the position of the gravity center Pw(xw,yw) of the object in a loaded plane of the loading part 30 calculated based on the detected weight.
