PURPOSE: To obtain stamp ink having a viscosity suitable for sealing, being stable for a long period of time, increasing the rate of permeation into paper by making the ink approach a Newtonian fluid, consequently having excellent fixation and rapidly setting.

CONSTITUTION: This stamp ink for stencil printing plate printing method comprises 30wt.% - 97wt.% oil-modified alkyd resin obtained by condensing an aromatic polyfunctional carboxylic acid with a polyhydric alcohol and oils and fats and having 60-90 oil length, 2-40wt.% at least one surfactant selected from a sorbitan fatty acid ester, a polyglycerol fatty acid ester and a sucrose fatty acid ester and having ≤4.0 LB value, 0-40wt.% solvent and 1-30wt.% colorant component.
