To provide the stand for a cap of an injection needle for preventing the cap detached from the injection needle at the time of an injection from being lost, eliminating the need of holding the cap with fingers at the time of putting the injection needle after the injection inside the cap and completely eliminating the danger of piercing the fingers even at the time of missing one's aim.

On the appropriate part of a clip 2 provided with a holding part 2c for spreading and opening a clamp part 2b against spring force, a supporting member 3 capable of supporting a cap 6 detached from an injection needle 5 so as to turn the needle inlet side up is provided. When the clip 2 is clipped to the edge 4 of a tray or the like placed on a table or the like, the supporting member 3 is raised, the cap 6 detached from the injection needle at the time of the injection is supported by it and a needle tip stained with blood after the injection is easily put inside the cap without holding it with the fingers.
