A stand device 30 of the two-wheeler having stand brackets 31, 32 disposed on a vehicle body frame 11 and a stand 34 swingably disposed on the stand brackets 31, 32 via a laterally disposed stand shaft 33 is provided with: slide holes 42, 45 longitudinally formed in the stand brackets 31, 32 and slidably supporting the stand shaft 33; a link 36 connected between the stand brackets 31, 32 and the stand 34, which moves the stand shaft 33 rearward of a vehicle body when the stand 34 stands or forward of the vehicle body when the stand 34 is flipped up; and a resilient member 39 disposed between the vehicle body frame 11 (shown in Fig.1) side and the stand 34 and extending therebetween in a tensile direction.
