To provide a steamer capable of improving its cleaning property.
The steamer 1 is composed of: a showcase 2 for storing food products F; a steam generating container 6 disposed under the showcase 2; an electromagnetic induction heating device 8 for generating steam by heating the steam generating container 6; a water tank 11 in which water to be used for generating steam is stored; a temperature sensor 22 for detecting the state of water remaining within the steam generating container 6; and water feeding means to which the water tank 11 is attached, for feeding water in the water tank 11 into the steam generating container 6 based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 22. The water feeding means is composed of a feed-water valve 17 to be controlled to be opened/closed based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 22, and water feeding piping 18 disposed on the outlet side of the feed-water valve 17. The water tank 11 and the water feeding piping 18 are disposed as not to communicate with the steam generating container 6.
