To provide a steering desk device capable of being easily attached/detached to a steering wheel of an automobile.

A contractable clamping body is provided between an upper frame body 2A and a lower frame body 3A. A distal end lower slide hinge 5A of a steering desk 6A hooked with respective claws 2B, 3B on an outer side of the steering wheel 1A and a clevis hinge 6C of a bracket 6B at a lower part near a central part of the steering desk 6A are provided. The slide hinge 5A for hinge-mounting the clevis hinge 4C at an upper part of a cylinder 4A and a connection link 7A by a pin 8 is descended. A stop pin 5b for moving and falling/standing the steering desk 6A is engaged with an optional recession 2D of a frame 2C. A simple desk is formed on the steering wheel 1A.
