To improve the smooth rotation of a rotor itself, by specifying the width dimensions of the first and the second magnets in the axial direction, overlapping dimensions in the axial direction of polar teeth, and inner surface-to- inner surface dimensions of respective inner and outer yokes which form a pair.
In a relationship between respective stators 1, 2 and a rotor 4, the width dimensions W0 of respective magnets 41, 42 are set to W2>W0>W1 when the width dimensions of the respective magnets 41, 42 in the axial direction of a rotating shaft are W0, the respective overlapping dimensions of pole teeth 15, 16 and pole teeth 25, 26 which form a pair respectively, meeting the respective magnets and overlap each other in the axial direction of the rotating shaft are W1, and respective inner surfaceto-inner surface dimensions of an outer yoke 13 and an inner yoke 14 which form a pair with the respective pairs of the pole teeth put between them. It is thus possible to enhance smooth rotation of a rotor 4.
