To provide a storage device for a vehicle capable of more reducing part cost and assembling cost compared with a conventional ones.

The storage device is equipped with (a) a fixed member 20, (b) a movable member 30. (c) a first biasing member 40 for biasing the movable member 30 in the opening direction, (d) a locking device 50 which holds the movable member 30 at a closed position against an biasing force of the first biasing member 40 and releases a lock when the movable member at the closed position is more pushed to the closing direction, and (e) a second biasing member 61 where one end is fixed to s fixed member 20 side and the other end is a free end, and an abutting member 62 provided at the free end of the second biasing member 61. The storage device has an biasing force generation device 60 which is pushed by the movable member 30 and generates the biasing force in the opposite direction with respect to the pushing direction when the movable member 30 is turned from the closed position to the pushing direction. The abutting member 62 is equipped with a movable member side abutting part 62b and a fixed member side abutting part 61c, and the movable member side abutting part 62b and the fixed member side abutting part 62c are composed of a buffer material.
