A steering wheel is disposed on the vertical line passing through a middle point of a driving shaft of a rear wheel, A chain is hung to a sprocket and an engine disposed on the driving shaft of a rear wheel, and a power wheel is mounted to the one end of the driving shaft of the rear wheel and an idle wheel is mounted to the other end. The one end of the driving shaft of the rear wheel mounting the power wheel is formed on a spline shaft and a recessed groove spline-fitting to the rear wheel hub. The other end of the driving shaft of the rear wheel mounting the idle wheel is fitted to the rear wheel hub mounting a bearing, and a steering damper capable of adjusting a multi-stage expansion and contraction over a front of a front fork of the steering wheel and a vehicle body frame is mounted.
