Abstract:
To provide a store management method and a store management system to obtain satisfaction of both a shop and a client easily.SOLUTION: A store management method is a method managing a shop 5 selling multiple pieces of a commodity 9 at a state where at lease a part of pieces of the commodity 9 among the multiple pieces of the commodity 9 is displayed. The store management method has changeover processing switching a state of the shop 5 between a personnel mode and a non-personnel mode according to a prescribed criterion. The personnel mode is a mode where a direct answer to a client by a clerk is conducted in the shop 5.
