To obtain a stretchable nonwoven fabric having excellent followability to a soft deformation, slight tense feeling in wearing and to provide a method for stably producing a stretchable laminate having firm adhesive strength between the nonwoven fabric and a ultrathin stretchable film and a suitable use of the laminate.
The stretchable nonwoven fabric is a polyester-based filament nonwoven fabric that is composed of a block copolyester, has 3-30 μm fiber diameter and 20-200 g/m2 weight, ≥100% elongation at break, ≥95% elastic recovery percentage of 20% elongation and stress at 100% elongation of ≥1.4 times stress at 50% elongation. The method for producing the stretchable laminate comprises shrinking a nonwoven fabric, that is composed of a block copolyester and has 3-25 μm fiber diameter, by 5-80% at 70-200°C in at least one direction of the nonwoven fabric, laminating and integrating a film, that is composed of a block copolyester having 150-230°C melting point and has 5-50 μm thickness, to the nonwoven fabric by extrusion lamination.
