A vertical member-side embedment material 2 is arranged on the boundary surface between the vertical member A and the horizontal member B, or up to the vicinity of the boundary surface, in the vertical member A; a horizontal member-side embedment material 3 is arranged on the boundary surface between the vertical member A and the horizontal member B, or up to the vicinity of the boundary surface, in the horizontal member B; and end surfaces of both the embedment materials 2 and 3 are brought into contact with each other.
