The wheel arch part of a vehicle body is formed by an outer panel 31 and an inner panel 35, and a clearance K is provided between the panels. A stud bolt 60 is driven into the boss 24 of a wheel arch molding 20 and is tightened with a nut 150 via a mounting member 100. The mounting member 100 has a distance tube 110 and ring-shaped seal rubber 120, the end of the distance tube 110 is pressed against the outer panel 31, and the seal rubber 120 forms a seal between it and the inner panel 35.
