Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate and a prepreg which comprise at least a glass cloth and a polyvinyl benzyl ether resin, surpress the change of electric characteristics at a high temperature and a high humidity, and maintain stable electric characteristics for a long period.
SOLUTION: The substrate and the prepreg which each has a resin and a glass cloth subjected to at least a fiber-opening treatment, wherein the resin is a polyvinylbenzylether compound and the glass cloth is subjected to a surface treatment using a coupling agent.
