Title:
SUCCESSIVE SINTERING OF CERAMIC AND METAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3202144
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To directly obtain a film or bulk from ceramic or metal fine particles in a simplified process by blowing ceramic or metal fine particles onto a substrate or a base material, etc., together with a gas stream and simultaneously blowing another high temperature gas stream thereto.
CONSTITUTION: Two nozzles comprising a fine particle jetting nozzle and a high-temperature gas jetting nozzle is installed in a state in which these nozzles are directed toward a substrate or a base materilal, etc., substantially the same point. Ceramic or metal fine particles are blown from a fine particle jetting nozzle onto the substrate or the base material, etc., together with the gas stream and high temperature gas stream capable of sintering these particles is blown from the high-temperature gas jetting nozzle. At this time, gas streams jetted from these two nozzles form substantially different two gas streams and fine particles blown onto the substrate or the base material, etc., are immediately sintered to directly provide the objective film or bulk of ceramic or metal.
