PURPOSE: To provide a suction bit that can position electronic parts without applying large impact force.

CONSTITUTION: A suction bit for an electronic parts mounting device has a sleeve 31 fitted to a bit body 27 movably in the axial direction of the bit body 27, a plate spring 34 longer than the tip of the sleeve 31, fitted to the sleeve 31 being energized inward and diameter-enlarged by the forward movement of the bit body 27 while being diameter-contracted by the backward movement of the bit body 27, and a parts suction member 40 fitted movably in the axial direction of the bit body 27 on the inside of the plate spring 34 and protruded from the plate spring 34 to suction-hold an electronic part when the diameter of the plate spring 34 is enlarged. The electronic part held by the parts suction member 40 is straighted in its position from the side by the diameter-contracted plate spring 34 and positioned in the specified position of the parts suction member 40.
