PURPOSE: To prevent the electromagnetic waves getting out of an electronic circuit or breaking into by outside by covering the electronic circuit with the shielding substance consisting of superconductor.
CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic shielding case 4 supported by an adiabatic supporting material 5 and a heat conductive supporting material 7 is made of the superconductive material and is cooled by the liquid nitrogen 3 to be in a superconductive state. The heat conductive supporting material 7 here is used, so a surface coming into contact with the supporting material 7 of the case 4 is also cooled completely to be in the superconductive state. The superconductive cable 8 is used for power transmission and communication between an inside electronic circuit 6 and an outside electronic circuit. According to the constitution, the electromagnetic waves getting out of a circuit 6 or breaking in from outside are prevented.
