The support system is provided with: a tool deletion part 45, which deletes only a tool, which is stored in a tool information storage part 42, corresponding to a hole that is decided to be changed by a hole information comparison part 44; a tool rearrangement part 46, which rearranges the deleted tool to a tool that is selected based on the latest hole information; a tool evaluation part 47, which decides whether the rearranged tool is suitable or not; a tool adjustment 48, which performs adjustment of the tool such as revolution to send the result to the tool evaluation part 47 when the tool is decided to be unsuitable by the tool evaluation part 47; and a tool information renewal part 49, which rewrites the arrangement information on a piercing tool that is stored in the tool information storage part 42 when the tool is decided to be suitable by the tool evaluation part 47.
