To obtain a floor panel support leg which can prevent formation of level difference on the floor surface by arranging a portion of the floor panel, which is borne by a face, at a location in the vicinity of a central shaft of a support leg main body.

The floor panel support leg is formed of a bearing leg member 2 fixed onto an installation base surface 110, and a cover member 3 attached detachably to the support leg member 2. The cover member 3 includes ribs 31 protruding from its center 32 in four directions to thereby provide a nearly cruciform shape, and has a step portion 30 formed around the center 32 of the mutually adjacent ribs 31, whereby the center 32 of the cover member 3 protrudes upward. Thus, the floor panels 100 are supported by mounting notch portions 101 thereof on the step portion 30 of the cover member 3, and when the notch portion 101 of each floor panel 100 is mounted on the step portion 30 of the cover member 3, the upper surface of each floor panel 100 is flush with an upper surface of the center 32.
