Abstract:
To provide a surface acoustic wave filter the filter characteristic of which can be enhanced while suppressing the filter scale from being increased.
The ladder type surface acoustic wave filter having a 1st surface acoustic wave resonator with a prescribed resonance frequency placed in a parallel arm and having a 2nd surface acoustic wave resonator with an anti- resonance frequency corresponding to the resonance frequency placed in a serial arm, is provided with a 1st impedance means that is placed in the serial arm and connected in series with the 2nd surface acoustic wave resonator and with a 2nd impedance means placed in the serial arm and connected in parallel with the 2nd surface acoustic wave resonator.
